I love to hear from readers, writers, teachers, and those interested in Kansas history.

Please leave a comment on any page of the website where you’ve seen something you like or would like to know more about. Look for the small gold symbol that looks like a speech bubble at the bottom left of each page. When you click it, it will open a comment window for you.

  1. Am I the first to comment??? I hope so!! Deb, this is one of the most beautiful, well-done author websites I’ve seen. I’ve already told you how much I love the contemporary photos — where did you get them? Did you take them? They are fab.

Smart opening page! Going right to Kanzas is perfect — and very enticingly written.

I’m imagining you writing the text for the website as you jogged….where and when did you do all this???

Congratulations, Deb. This is most awesome.

    love,

  2. Deb, I’m with Karyn. What a professional-looking and sounding site, with glorious photos of (I assume?) contemporary Kansas locations. And smart marketing woman that you are–lead with the new book. Having read what you wrote about Lucy–and it’s beautifully said–I already know how different it is from the last time I read 25 pages in ME. Now I REALLY can’t wait to read it/have my very own signed copy.
    All my best, Deb.
    Love and hugs–Mary Beth

    Hello Debra,

I enjoyed your speech at the Liberty Community Center. I grew up near Norton and have always enjoyed Kansas history. That is partly how I got interested in being program chairman for the Kansas City Posse of the Westerners.

Our Posse meets at the Golden OX in the Kansas City Stockyards. Our next meeting will be on July 10, 2012 at the Golden OX. We hope it works out in the near future that you could present your program about Kansas history to our Posse group.

Ann Schultis is a member of our Posse group. We look forward to hearing from you and learning more about Kansas history.

    Sincerely,

    Phillip A. Young
